This section of the 2009 ITE Quad Conference website will host all the information regarding delegates' stay in Vancouver. Everything delegates need to know about the conference location, hotels, transportation, and popular Vancouver destinations will be accessible from this page. As planning is still in the early stages, much of the content is not yet available, but information will be posted as soon as it is confirmed.


The conference will be held at the Hyatt-Regency hotel in Vancouver. Delegates, presenters and trade-show sponsors will be treated to excellent, first-class facilities at the Hyatt. Once conference amenities are confirmed in early 2009, information will be posted on this webpage for your convenience.


Delegates for the 2009 ITE Quad Conference will be staying at the same hotel that is hosting the conference: the Hyatt-Regency Vancouver. Arrangements will be made with the hotel for the Quad Conference, and there will be a block of rooms set aside for conference delegates. More information regarding booking and rates will be available once confirmed and will be posted in this section.


Vancouver is the "Gateway to Asia" and thus, conference delegates and trade show participants can travel to Vancouver in a multitude of modes. Vancouver is accessible by road, sea and air, so conference attendees can travel to Vancouver by driving or by booking a ticket on a bus, a train, a boat or on an airplane. Special arrangements for transportation are being negotiated by the Facilities Committee for conference delegates. Once more information is available, it will be posted on this site.
